PRIMARY CARE CLINIC

It might be a visit to your family doctor, a call to Health Link or an appointment with a therapist. The primary care clinician listens to the patient, makes diagnoses, manages, and screens for other health care problems.

COMMUNITY HEALTH SERVICES
